The results of chemiluminescence analysis can be obtained by direct imaging of chemiluminescence system. In the past, the laboratory mainly used darkroom exposure and pressing film for ECL detection, but the construction of darkroom cost is high, laboratory space is wasted, exposure steps are cumbersome, and toxic chemical reagents will be exposed when developing X-ray film. The use of chemiluminescence imaging system has gradually replaced the traditional darkroom compression exposure detection.
